The workshop will cover the following: - Focused on Practice Leadership. - Provide a detailed look at ways to manage risk, when and how different levels of risk may or may not be acceptable, how to evaluate potential projects and agreements for the level of risk. - Attendees will develop a better understanding of how to evaluate, manage and balance risk within the practice.
