Once a year, the Built Environment Plus community gathers to celebrate industry success in greening the built environment at our annual Green Building Showcase. 

Join us for a night of project boards, short presentations, discussions, and awardsAttendees include architects, engineers, contractors, developers, owners, facility managers, building users, lenders, suppliers – everyone who plays a role in designing, operating, and constructing the built environment.

The Green Building Showcase features a powerful Project Gallery, which has displayed hundreds of community submitted project boards since the showcase’s inception. The gallery displays project boards from both our Awards Competition as well as Display-only Submissions.

Awards Competition:

Have a project that you believe deserves extra recognition? Then consider entering into the Awards Competition, which features the Category Award Series and the Green Building of the Year Award.

Display-only Submissions:

If you just want to show off your showboard without competing in the competitions, this is the submission category for you. Display-only Submissions are only eligible for the People’s Choice Award.

Venue Details 

The David Rubenstein Treehouse Conference Center is a leading example of holistic sustainability performance addressing climate, health and community. It is Harvard’s first mass timber building and the first dedicated conference center to pursue Living Building Challenge Core and Materials Petal certifications from the Living Future Institute, and will serve as the “front door” to the adjacent Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) in Allston.
