Course Description:

Prerequisite Courses: “Managing Change: Establishing Fundamental Principles and Approaches” & “Preparing for Change Advanced: Setting SMART Goals, Priorities and Strategies”. Building on Managing Change, this session takes the principles of change management that participants have learned and gives them an opportunity to apply them to their specific goals. The instructor uses this interactive exercise as the basis upon which to build a deeper understanding of how to manage the change effort to reduce resistance and grow buy-in. They also experience how to develop metrics and feedback loops for ongoing management and learn how to deal with challenges they encounter.
