With this LEED AP Homes training, you will learn how to ensure your next project is healthy, efficient, built to last and affordable through using the LEED rating system and third party performance testing during the construction process. Project types include affordable housing, single family, duplex, multifamily, midrise and all mixed-use buildings up to 12 stories tall. Upon completion of the class you will be eligible to sit for the LEED Homes exam at a local testing center. Part 1 provides an overview.
