Participants develop heightened self-awareness of their particular leadership style and develop new skills. Most sustainability leaders come from technical backgrounds with no support for these skills. Project Managers also receive little management/leadership training. This workshop helps managers at all levels develop strong skills to define objectives, get their people moving together toward common objectives, to develop and empower their teams, to deal with conflicts, and create a team culture.
