Course Description:

Learn supervisory and manager strategies in order to grow into project leadership roles such as Project Management. Understand the benefits of coaching to the individual and the firm learn messaging and delivery techniques for coaching staff. Learn and practice coaching frameworks. How to effectively deliver feedback in a constructive manner to inspire higher performance. How to seek out and receive feedback to apply to future situations to increase performance objectives. Learn and practice techniques to provide feedback objectively and interactively. Includes Instructor presentation and modeling, peer coaching and feedback.
