Equity in Practice: Community Dialogue

Please join BE+ and Living Future’s Just team in an open community dialogue on Tuesday, September 15th.
Your experience is valuable. We want to hear what initially inspired your interest in this work and what support you need to expand its impact. We’re facing significant headwinds and resource demands; we feel it. As industry leaders who are prioritizing equity and inclusion, your experience and what support you need to keep going is important.
We aim to better understand what topics, activities, and resources are most valuable to you, our community; identify opportunities for future events and engagement; gather ideas for increasing participation and awareness; and understand barriers that may prevent involvement.
Your engagement will help shape future programming and guide efforts to build momentum around creating a more just and inclusive workplace.
The conversation will be kicked off by sharing the results of our SURVEY– participation through EOD September 8, 2026 is welcome. From there, we will dialogue with each other, hold space to talk about important challenges to equity in AEC work, and identify meaningful actions we can take as a community.
