This course brings together leaders and changemakers who are actively shaping the conversation—and the action—around the systemic issues of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Whether you lead HR, sustainability, social impact, or related initiatives, you’ll gain a clear, practical framework for advancing equity in policies and practices, measuring and tracking performance, and cultivating a workplace culture rooted in fairness, transparency, and inclusion. By the end of the course, you’ll be equipped to apply what you’ve learned immediately—and ready to join a global community of professionals and organizations using ILFI’s Just 3.0 to work toward a more transparent, inclusive, and equitable future.

DiAnn Tufts

DiAnn Tufts, Senior Associate & Director of Sustainability at PCA (she/her/hers) strives to create high-performing structures with an emphasis on healthy, habitable, and scale-appropriate spaces that contribute to the character of place and build community. In the founding role of Sustainable Director, DiAnn is establishing process and accountability towards ecological clarity, capacity, and consistency at PCA. As a Living Future Collaborative Co-Facilitator, she is driving the industry toward higher standards through education, integration, and systems thinking.

Kena David

Kena David, Director of Sustainability at Consigli Construction Co. Inc. is the Director of Sustainability at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., a premier construction management firm with a strong presence in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. In this strategic leadership role, she spearheads the development and implementation of cutting-edge sustainability strategies for the firm’s diverse and complex project portfolio. Her work ensures alignment with Consigli’s commitment to innovation in sustainability, including the firm’s commitment to the Science Based Targets Initiatives (SBTi), ecovadis, North American Electric Construction Coalition, and Just label. With over a decade of experience in sustainable construction spanning from California to the East Coast, Kena has been instrumental in driving sustainability initiatives on high-profile projects, known for her ability to seamlessly integrate low carbon principles into actionable and impactful outcomes. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of sustainable building disciplines, from clean construction and embodied carbon reduction to wellness-centered design, allowing clients across a variety of market sectors to achieve ambitious green building goals.

Griso Barrios

Griso Barrios (she/her/hers) is the Senior Manager for the Just program. Griso Barrios focuses on introducing organizations to the Just program and welcoming them to the Just community as they navigate through the label submission processes. Griso is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, enjoying facilitating discussion groups, program improvement/development, and supporting individuals on their DEI journeys. Before joining ILFI, Griso worked in the education sector, particularly focusing on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in family and community engagement practices. Originally from Venezuela, Griso grew up and attended school in Toledo, Ohio, where she graduated from the University of Toledo. She later earned a Master’s in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. Currently residing in Colorado Springs, Griso spends her free time discovering new hikes and seeking out the best coffee spots in town!
