We are seeking a full-time Staff Architect with 3+ years of professional experience who is passionate about enhancing the built environment through sustainable design and adaptive reuse.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from early marketing efforts through schematic design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Responsibilities

    • Contribute to projects from concept through construction
    • Produce schematic design, design development, and construction documents
    • Lead and manage BIM modeling and drawing production in Revit
    • Coordinate with consultants and internal team members
    • Communicate with clients, collaborators, and consultants
    • Review shop drawings, submittals, and material samples
    • Perform construction administration tasks (RFIs, change orders, site visits)
    • Support quality control across all aspects of designEstablishing design direction and maintaining conceptual clarity throughout all phases

Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in a professional architectural office
    • Architectural licensure or actively pursuing licensure
    • LEED Accreditation or Passive House Consultant Certification encouraged
    • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel
    • Working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, and Bluebeam
    • Strong understanding of building science, sustainable technologies, and low-carbon materials
    • Familiarity with construction methods, building codes, and zoning regulations
    • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
