The focus group sessions have been completed.
We invited stakeholders to participate in focus groups to support the development of Massachusetts Building Performance Exchange – a centralized resource for people and organizations working to reduce emissions and increase energy efficiency in larger existing buildings across the state.

Existing Building Energy & Emission Reduction Focus Group
This focus group is for Utilities, Financiers, and Other Service Providers supporting large existing buildings subject to Building Performance Standards, or own/manage residential buildings with 15+ units or nonresidential buildings of 20,000+ square feet.
Community Based Organizations / Non-Profits
Existing Building Energy & Emission Reduction Focus Group
This focus group is for Community Based Organizations and Non-Profits supporting large existing buildings subject to Building Performance Standards, small portfolio building owners, and building professionals.
Contractors and Suppliers
Existing Building Energy & Emission Reduction Focus Group
This focus group is for Contractors and Suppliers supporting large existing building projects subject to Building Performance Standards, small portfolio building owners, and other building professionals.

Small Portfolio Owners & Facility Staff

This focus group is for Small Portfolio Owners & Facility Staff with large existing buildings subject to Building Performance Standards, or own/manage residential buildings with 15+ units or nonresidential buildings of 20,000+ square feet. Small Portfolio Owners per our definition own/manage 1-2 buildings in Massachusetts.
