Women in Green Roundtable

The BE+ Women in Green Roundtable is a venue for architects, designers, construction managers, and sustainability professionals to collaborate as Women in the industry.
Topic: Healthy Landscapes, Healthy Interiors: A Triple-Lens Approach to Women’s Wellness
How do the environments where we live, work, and play impact female physiology and well-being? Join the Women in Green community for an interactive virtual roundtable exploring the profound, often overlooked relationship between our surroundings and women’s health.
Based on our panelists’ research , this discussion brings together three distinct vantage points—interior architecture, urban landscape design, and clinical medicine—to examine how intentional design can support or hinder women’s wellness . Rather than looking at design in a vacuum, our speakers will connect the dots between foundational research on gender-inclusive interiors, frameworks for creating inviting and safe public urban landscapes, and real-world medical insights on how environmental stressors manifest in clinical health outcomes.
Together, we will explore what it truly means to design equitable, health-centric spaces from the inside out. Whether you are an architect, engineer, urban planner, sustainability advocate, or health enthusiast, this holistic conversation will reframe how you look at the built environment.
Bring your questions, ideas, and perspectives—we look forward to seeing you there!
