Achieving Healthy Materials | ILFI Education Series
Join your local Living Future Collaborative for a live-viewing of ILFI’s online course: “Achieving Healthy Materials”
The Living Building Challenge™ has earned the reputation as the world’s most forward-thinking building design and construction certification program. As a result, it is shaking up how we think about product selection and revolutionize the building products industry. Learn how to strategically research, specify and document products to achieve the LBC Materials Petal. We will review best practices for healthy product selection, prioritizing ecologically restorative products, and creating spaces that positively impact the human and natural systems with which we interact.
Hosted by the collaborative facilitators, DiAnn Tufts (PCA) and Jim Newman (Linnean Solutions), we will view ILFI’s foundational content as a community and conclude with a brief discussion session digging deeper into to the content & case-based applicability.
