In this roundtable we will discuss additional or non-standard project scope and services required to design and construct buildings to the MA Stretch and Specialized Energy Codes, Inflation Reduction Act federal incentives, BERDO/BUEDO, embodied carbon, and other emerging sustainability goals. What more does an architect, engineer, design consultant, owner/developer, and contractor need to know/do for these new requirements and trends?
