Once a year, the Built Environment Plus community gathers to celebrate industry success in greening the built environment at our annual Green Building Showcase. 

Join us for a night of project boards, short presentations, discussions, and awardsAttendees include architects, engineers, contractors, developers, owners, facility managers, building users, lenders, suppliers – everyone who plays a role in designing, operating, and constructing the built environment.

The Green Building Showcase features a powerful Project Gallery, which has displayed hundreds of community submitted project boards since the showcase’s inception. The gallery displays project boards from both our Awards Competition as well as Display-only Submissions.

Awards Competition:

Have a project that you believe deserves extra recognition? Then consider entering into the Awards Competition, which features the Category Award Series and the Green Building of the Year Award.

Display-only Submissions:

If you just want to show off your showboard without competing in the competitions, this is the submission category for you. Display-only Submissions are only eligible for the People’s Choice Award.

Venue Details 

One Boston Wharf Road is a 17-story, 707,000 square foot, mixed-use building designed by world-renowned Henning Larsen architects of Copenhagen, Denmark and the Boston office of Gensler. It will be home to the city’s largest net zero carbon office facility and is part of an exciting transformation of the Seaport neighborhood by WS Development creating new public spaces and enriched pedestrian access to the waterfront.

  • Located at One Boston Wharf Road, Boston, MA 02210
  • Nearby to MBTA Silver Line.
  • A publicly accessible bike storage room is available at the P1 level of the Harbor Way Garage, in addition to public bike racks on Pier 4 Blvd. A Blue Bike Station is located at 55 Pier 4 Blvd. as well.
  • Convenient parking can be found at the Harbor Way Garage. This well-lit, brand-new garage provides EV charging stations, touchless entry, and the convenient access to the Seaport District.
