The Building Performance Exchange is a statewide resource for people and organizations seeking to enhance building performance and reduce carbon pollution in larger existing buildings.
It curates solutions, tools, events, and more, all focused on helping owners and operators to make building performance upgrades.
Primary Stakeholders:
Small portfolio developers, building owners, and operators with buildings subject to Building Performance Standards.
People who enhance building performance and reduce carbon pollution in large existing buildings in Massachusetts. Buildings that are ≥ 20,000 square feet or have ≥ 15 units if residential.
