Join us for a tour of Lyrik Back Bay, a high-performance building in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay that has earned triple gold certifications in LEED, WELL, and WiredScore. This buildng is a 650,000 SF mixed-use development and the design integrates sustainability and wellness, with abundant daylight, flexible workspaces, and features that prioritize occupant comfort and health.
This tour offers a first-hand look at how thoughtful, sustainable design can create an inclusive, energy-efficient, and occupant-focused environment. After the tour, we’ll gather for drinks, networking, and conversation with the community!

There is a parking garage at Lyrik Garage (1001 Boylston Street).
Public transit – the project is close to the Green line and Orange line.
