Fundamentals of Pre-Construction and Project Management (7 Part Course)

Seven 1-1/2 Hour Sessions from March 14th to April 25th
About the Class
This interactive virtual training is targeted at emerging project managers and estimators. Over the course of seven sessions, participants will learn the fundamentals of good pre-construction and project management practice. The sessions will be virtual and live, combining presentation with hands-on exercises and group discussion. Participants will be provided with assignments between sessions, tools, and templates.

Sessions will be offered via Zoom on seven consecutive Tuesdays from 3:00-4:30pm. We are limiting registration to 20 participants to keep the group small and allow for lots of discussion and small group breakouts. Attending all sessions in real-time is strongly encouraged, however, we will be recording the sessions.
