Women in Green: “…remember the ladies…”
looking to women in history for inspiration.
Women are driving the sustainability of the built environment. We are tasked with the most important mission of all: healing the earth.
This event is for professionals to network and connect with leaders in the field, promote women’s leadership across the environmental and built environment industry, and to channel our efforts to build a better world where people have equal access to and are involved in leadership and decision-making.
At Women in Green: “remember the ladies…”, to round out Women’s History Month, we will look to inspiring women leaders in history to inform our future. This event will be a combination of listening and active participation.
“remember the ladies…” – Written in a letter by Abigail Adams in 1776 urging her husband John Adams, and the other members of the Continental Congress, not to forget about the nation’s women when fighting for America’s independence from Great Britain.
Bring your own LUNCH and Expect a series of interactive conversations.
We will go into breakout rooms, between listening to leaders in our industry, and discuss what we heard and how it resonates or doesn’t. You should have the chance for personal conversations with at least 20 other women.
Be prepared to share your cameras (although we understand if you can’t).
*Upgrade to the latest version of ZOOM prior to the event so we can use its latest features.
