Central MA Presinar: Nordic House, Building WELL in Minnesota
Occurring partway through the Nordic House design process, this panel session will share lessons learned from Minnesota pioneers of the WELL Building Standard. After a brief overview of WELL and introduction to the project, a diverse panel of Nordic House team members will share their different perspectives of WELL, from design to development, leasing, and property management. The panel will also address unique considerations related to using the WELL Building Standard for a Core and Shell project, making the decision whether or not to pursue the WELL Pilot for Multifamily Residential, and aligning their pathway to WELL certification with the project’s historic location and other project goals.
