Assembly Row – Montaje Apartments Tour

On this tour you will see the recently completed 21st floor Sky Deck and second-story courtyard of Montaje Apartments, a mixed-use building at Assembly Row in Somerville and discuss the challenges – load capacity, waterproofing, conveyance, etc. – of designing green spaces over structure.
From the 21st floor Sky Deck, two other Assembly Row green roofs, built by Recover Green Roofs, are visible and will be used to discuss the variety of uses for rooftop green spaces.
Afterwards, follow us to American Fresh Brewhouse, which is around the block from the green roofs, for a complimentary drink and an opportunity to continue the discussion and network with other green professionals.
CEUs can be earned by participating in this tour. Registration for the tour closes at 1:00 PM on June 11th.
