LEED Green Associate Training for Affordable Housing Field

Want to build your team’s green building capacity? LISC Boston, Massachusetts Housing Partnership, USGBC MA Chapter, and the Mel King Institute will host a daylong, no-cost LEED Green Associate Exam Preparation Class on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 8:30AM to 5:00PM at Castle Square Tenants Organization, 476 Tremont Street in Boston. Participation is free for affordable housing professionals (a $350 value per participant) but priority will be given to nonprofit and government partners. Coffee and lunch will be provided.
This is a fast-paced class for individuals working in Massachusetts’ affordable housing field who want to build upon their knowledge of the LEED rating system, green building operations, and green building construction. Upon completion of the class, participants will be well positioned to pass the LEED Green Associate exam and earn this well-respected LEED Green Associate credential.
We believe it is important to provide this training to the sector as the LEED Green Associate credentialing process provides a strong baseline knowledge of green building applicable regardless of whether a project pursues LEED certification. LISC offered this class at no cost four years ago; we look forward to again offering this popular class.
HOW TO APPLY
Participation is free for affordable housing professionals (a $350 value per participant) but priority will be given to nonprofit and government partners. Coffee and lunch will be provided.
