Part 1: Managing Change

2021 is bringing new challenges to everyone, from both a design and a business perspective. We still face a lot of uncertainty but at the same time, can not waste/lose time if there is resistance to changes that need to be made. This session focuses on how you can implement any new changes in your org more effectively, with faster buy-in and adoption and as efficient as possible.

You and your business may be eligible to take this training for FREE! Learn more about this opportunity at our Green Building Training Program website.

Establishing Fundamental Principles and Approaches

Once an organization has established goals for what they want to achieve in the future, the next step is to assess their capacity for change, understand the dynamics of past change efforts and get a deeper exposure to the frameworks, strategies, and case studies for implementing change successfully. This information can guide them in developing their approach to rolling out any new initiative. If they also take the next course, they will have guidance in taking that next step.

Schedule:
  • 2 hours: Deep dive into change management frameworks and case studies
  • 2 hours: Outlining high level approaches to implementing the changes they desire.

This course is part of a Two Part Series. Join us for Part 2: Managing Change Advanced
