This session focuses on how you can implement any new changes in your org more effectively, with faster buy-in and adoption and as efficient as possible.

Developing Specific Implementation Strategies, Metrics and Feedback Loops to Track Progress.
Part One is a required pre-requisite.
Building on Managing Change, this session takes the principles of change management that participants have learned and gives them an opportunity to apply them to their specific goals. The instructor uses this interactive exercise as the basis upon which to build a deeper understanding of how to manage the change effort to reduce resistance and grow buy-in. They also experience how to develop metrics and feedback loops for ongoing management and learn how to deal with the challenges they encounter.
2 hours: Building on high-level approaches, develop more specific and detailed plans and strategies for specific initiatives
2 hours: Developing feedback loops, mid-course correction strategies, and understanding how to manage failure or challenges.
