Enrollees have access to Phase I materials for 12 months. \nRegistrants will have access to the Phase I self-guided training materials for 12 months from the time of registration through Phius. As the Central Region Managing Director at CSH\, Ms. Van Valkenburgh provides leadership and coordination for the agency’s work throughout the center of the country\, directly supervising CSH staff and their teams deployed in five offices\, Illinois\, Indiana\, Michigan\, and Upper Midwest. Both Phase I and II are required to successfully complete the course and to be eligible to take the final exam. Phase II also includes group projects\, homework assignments and online tutorials. Phase II consists of eight 3-hour instructor-led training sessions across 2 weeks followed by a design exam. \nExam\nRegistrants will be enrolled in the Phase II Design Exam that opens at the end of their Phase II session.
