SUMMARY:The Benefits of a Portfolio-level Plan for Building Performance Upgrades
DESCRIPTION:About the TrainingMost building owners tackle energy improvements one building at a time\, which can be slow\, expensive\, and miss opportunities to prioritize the most beneficial upgrades at the right time across a building portfolio. Through a cost-effective desktop assessment\, consultants provide a portfolio-level plan that can enable owners of multiple buildings to maximize energy savings\, take advantage of incentives\, and tackle aging equipment across a portfolio. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Building owners and operators\, property and facility managers of multiple buildings\, and energy and sustainability managers can benefit from this 1-hour webinar. Hear from an owner’s perspective on the value of this plan\, known in the industry as a Portfolio Decarbonization Roadmap. Learn about what’s included\, what’s not included\, and whether it’s right for you. \nThis is a live\, online webinar led by Erin Camp at PowerOptions and Helio Rosa at YMCA of Greater Boston. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Erin Camp\, PhD\, is the Energy Sustainability and Analytics Program Manager at PowerOptions. Her areas of expertise include electrification of buildings and transportation\, renewable energy and energy storage technologies\, emissions inventories\, and energy economics and policy. Prior to joining PowerOptions\, she worked as a senior consultant at Synapse Energy Economics\, where she served as a project manager and energy analyst for non-profit and government clients. Before Synapse\, Erin worked at the Cadmus Group for public-sector clients on strategic electrification and energy policies and programs. \nErin earned a PhD in Geological Sciences from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Amherst College in Massachusetts. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Helio is the Vice President\, Facilities and Real Estate for the YMCA of Greater Boston.
